As a mom of three, I was skeptical this would actually save me time but wow. The one-touch latte feature is a lifesaver - my 5-year-old calls it the 'magic coffee button'. I do wish the milk container was a bit bigger though, since I'm refilling it almost daily. The cleanup is surprisingly easy compared to my old machine, just rinse the LatteGo system under the tap. Worth every penny for those 6AM school runs when I need caffeine STAT.

Upgraded from a basic drip machine and the difference is incredible. The grinder adjustment lets me get it exactly how I like - currently using setting 4 for medium roast beans. First week I had some issues with the milk frothing being too airy, but after watching the tutorial online I figured it out. My wife says our kitchen smells like a proper coffee shop now. Only complaint is it's a bit noisy when grinding, but that's like 10 seconds so whatever.

Works better than expected honestly. The app connectivity is kind of gimmicky though - I just use the physical buttons. What surprised me was how consistent the temperature is, every cup comes out hot but not scalding. The descaling alerts are annoying but necessary I guess. Takes up more counter space than I'd like, but the coffee quality makes up for it. Would recommend to anyone tired of mediocre home coffee.
