Enjoy chargrilled favourites and everyday flat-top cooking from one compact countertop appliance. The Ninja Sizzle GR101UK includes two interchangeable ceramic non-stick plates, giving you a ribbed surface for grill marks and a smooth surface for breakfasts, fajitas, pancakes and more.

Two interchangeable cooking plates

• Grill Plate: high, edge-to-edge heat for burgers, steaks, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit with authentic char lines.
• Flat Plate: a smooth surface for eggs, bacon, pancakes, quesadillas, stir-fries, fajitas and smash burgers.
• Grease management: both plate designs direct excess grease towards the integrated grease catch.

Family-sized capacity and precise heat

The 827 cm² cooking surface is designed to feed approximately 4–6 people and can hold up to six burgers, chicken breasts or pancakes, depending on size. The rotary temperature control adjusts from 60°C to 260°C. For best results, Ninja recommends allowing the unit to preheat for seven minutes before adding food.

Low-smoke indoor cooking

The detachable mesh splatter lid helps reduce smoke and control grease splashes while keeping the cooking surface visible. This is a low-smoke appliance, not a smoke-free appliance: use the recommended temperature and suitable high-smoke-point oil, and keep the lid fitted during cooking.

Cleaning and care

Unplug the appliance and let it cool fully before cleaning. Wipe the base and control panel with a damp cloth. The detachable splatter lid is dishwasher safe. The Grill Plate and Flat Plate are not dishwasher safe; soak them in warm soapy water when needed and wash by hand with non-abrasive tools.

Does it need to preheat? Yes. Ninja recommends a seven-minute preheat for the most consistent grilling results.

Are the plates dishwasher safe? No. Hand-wash both cooking plates. Only the detachable splatter lid is dishwasher safe.

Can I use baking paper or foil? Ninja does not recommend lining the cooking surface with parchment paper or aluminium foil.

How much space does it need? Use the appliance indoors on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface with at least 15 cm clearance above and on all sides for airflow. Do not use an extension lead.

Voltage, plug and international delivery

• Electrical rating: Ninja's official UK product listing specifies 240V~, 1,450W and 6.3A.
• UK delivery: this UK model has a Type G three-pin plug, so no plug adaptor is needed for normal UK use.
• EU and European delivery: an appropriately rated destination plug adaptor is included where required. Confirm that the local voltage and frequency match the rating label before use. A plug adaptor changes the plug shape only.
• 100–120V countries, including the USA, Canada and Japan: do not connect this 240V appliance directly. A plug adaptor does not convert voltage. Contact Tiny Lux before ordering if you need compatibility guidance.
