1) Overview
We include shipping in our prices — no hidden costs. Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye (Turkey) with trusted couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for reliable, trackable delivery worldwide.
DDP for UK/EU/US: You won’t pay customs duties or taxes on delivery in these regions.
2) Order processing
- We usually dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Weekend/UK public holiday orders are processed the next working day.
- You’ll get an email with your tracking number and courier link as soon as your order ships.
3) Delivery timeframes
- United Kingdom & Europe: usually 7–15 business days
- United States & other countries: usually 10–20 business daysDelays can happen due to customs checks, holidays, severe weather, or carrier backlogs. Your tracking link always shows the latest status.
4) Carriers & services
We partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Every parcel includes door-to-door tracking and insurance. Service options depend on your region.
5) Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. We may occasionally offer discounted express/priority upgrades during promotions.
6) Customs, taxes & duties
- Orders ship from Türkiye (Turkey).
- UK/EU/US: shipped DDP — no customs duties or taxes due on delivery.
- Other countries: we try to use DDP wherever possible. If DDP isn’t available for your address, we’ll tell you before dispatch and confirm options — we won’t spring surprise fees at the door.
- We provide accurate invoices and HS codes to help clearance go smoothly.
7) Delivery attempts & signature
Couriers usually make at least two attempts. If you’re not in, they’ll leave a notice or contact you to rearrange. A signature may be required for security.
8) Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays or returns, which we can’t be responsible for.
9) Tracking & notifications
We email your tracking link at dispatch. Need help? Email info@tinylux.co.uk and we’ll check it with the carrier.
10) Non-deliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel returns to us due to refusal, customs non-payment (outside DDP regions), or an incorrect address, we’ll refund the product price minus:
- any return shipping/handling charged by the carrier, and
- any non-recoverable duties/taxes and processing fees.Want the item? We can reship once additional shipping is paid.
11) Damage or loss
Please check your parcel on delivery. If there’s visible damage, email us within 48 hours with photos. All shipments are insured — we’ll handle the claim with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
12) Returns (where to send)
Do not send returns to our UK addresses. All returns must be approved first and sent to our returns warehouse in Türkiye (Turkey).
