We want you to shop with confidence. This page explains how returns work for orders placed on tinylux.co.uk.

1) Who this applies to

  • United Kingdom customers (UK law applies)
  • EU/EEA customers (aligned with the EU Consumer Rights rules)
  • USA & other countries: this store policy applies (your mandatory local rights still apply where relevant)

2) 30-day change-of-mind returns (UK/EU/EEA/US)

  • You can return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery—no need to give a reason.
  • We refund: (a) the item price and (b) our cheapest standard outbound delivery shown at checkout.
    • If you chose a faster shipping option, the extra cost isn’t refundable.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Please use a tracked service.
  • Items should be in resellable condition with the original box and accessories.
    • If an item was handled beyond what’s needed to check it (missing parts, damage, heavy use), we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

3) How to start a return (quick)

  1. Email info@tinylux.co.uk with your order number (and, if you like, the reason).
  2. We’ll email your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and simple return instructions.
  3. Ship within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling, and keep the tracking receipt.
  4. We process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or receiving valid proof of return—whichever happens first.

Important: Returns must go to our designated returns facility in Türkiye (Turkey) shown on your RMA.

Please don’t send returns to our UK addresses; they cannot accept parcels and won’t count toward refund timelines.

4) Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • Delivery damage or missing items: tell us within 48 hours (photos help).
  • Within 30 days (UK): you can reject faulty goods for a full refund, or choose repair/replacement.
  • After 30 days and within 6 months: we’ll repair or replace first. If that’s impossible or unsuccessful, a price reduction or refund may apply.
  • We pay the return postage for faulty/incorrect items and transit damage.

5) What can’t be returned once opened/used (unless faulty)

  • Personal-care electronics if the hygiene seal is broken (e.g., electric toothbrushes, shavers, epilators, grooming heads)
  • Used kitchen/household appliances (contact us for fault support instead)
  • Consumables/perishablesintimate/sanitary products
  • Hazardous/flammable items
  • Digital/downloadable products and gift cards

6) Refunds — method, timing & currency

  • We refund to your original payment method (PayPal or card via PayPal).
  • Timing: once we process it, your bank/PayPal usually completes within 5–10 business days (banks can vary).
  • Currency: refunds are made in the same currency you used at checkout (GBP/EUR/USD). Any exchange or provider fees are set by your payment provider.

7) Shipping returns (addresses & carriers)

  • Returns are accepted only at the returns address in Türkiye provided on your RMA.
  • Use a tracked service; consider insurance for higher-value items.
  • Keep proof of posting and tracking—you’re responsible for the parcel until we receive it.
  • We don’t accept cash-on-delivery/receiver-pays return shipments.

8) Non-deliverable, refused or uncollected parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, delivery was refused, or it wasn’t collected/cleared where required, we’ll refund the item price minus:

  • any non-recoverable outbound/return shipping and carrier handling fees, and
  • any non-recoverable duties/taxes and processing fees.Want it re-sent? We’re happy to reship once additional shipping is paid.

9) Exchanges

Need something else instead? For speed, please place a new order and return the original for a refund. If we approve a direct exchange for the same item, we’ll confirm by email.
