1) Overview
Tiny Lux ships orders from more than one location, depending on the item and availability:

UK partner suppliers: Some items are prepared and shipped by our UK-based partner suppliers.

Türkiye (Turkey) dispatch: Other items are prepared and shipped from our operations in Türkiye (Turkey).
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (where applicable) are clearly calculated and shown at checkout after the delivery address is entered. There are no hidden fees.
2) Order processing
- Verified Suppliers products:
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business day after payment confirmation.
- Turkey (Türkiye)-dispatch products:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Tracking details are emailed once the order is dispatched.
3) Delivery timeframes (estimates)
Delivery times depend on the dispatch origin and destination:
UK & EU
- Verified Suppliers: typically 3–10 business days
- Turkey (Türkiye) dispatch: typically 7–15 business days
US & other countries
- Verified Suppliers: typically 7–15 business days
- Turkey (Türkiye) dispatch: typically 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4) Carriers
We ship using trusted international couriers:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
- DPD
All shipments include tracking. Signature may be required on delivery.
5) Shipping costs
Shipping fees are not fixed and are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery address
Product weight and size
Supplier dispatch location
- Some products may include free delivery, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
6) Customs, taxes & duties
- All orders:
Shipped duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to ensure smooth customs clearance.
7) Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
8) Non-deliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery, a refund will be issued minus:
- Return shipping costs
- Handling fees
- Any non-recoverable charges
9) Damage or loss
- Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery, including photos.
- Lost or damaged shipments are covered — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
10) Returns
