How we operate
Tiny Lux is the seller of record for every order placed on our website. We source new stock from established suppliers and fulfil orders through our UK partner network and our fulfilment partner in Türkiye, depending on the product and its destination.
Every order runs through secure, encrypted checkout. Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable duties are shown in full before payment — nothing is added afterwards. Once an order is dispatched, customers receive carrier tracking by email.
Products & authenticity
We sell brand-new products from established manufacturers, including Philips, Ninja, Nespresso, Beko and VAX, among others. Every product page lists model numbers, key specifications, delivery information, and support details, so customers can compare with confidence before buying.
Where a product is supplied from outside the customer's destination country, this is disclosed in our shipping policy, and tracked delivery is provided with the required customs and dispatch documentation.
