Air Fryers
Air fryers cook crispy, golden food with little or no oil — up to 90% less fat than deep frying — while using less energy and far less time than a conventional oven. At Tiny Lux we stock genuine air fryers from Philips, Ninja, Tefal, Grundig, Electrolux and HOMCOM, from compact 4-litre models to 10-litre+ dual-basket machines. Fast UK & EU delivery available; shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
Which size air fryer do I need?
Capacity is the first thing to get right:
- 1–2 people: 4–4.5L (e.g. Philips 3000 Series HD9243/90) — perfect for chips, snacks and small portions.
- Family of 3–4: 6–8L, or a dual-basket model so you can cook two foods at once.
- 5+ / batch cooking: 9–10L+ dual-basket (e.g. Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer AF500UK) — cook a main and a side and have them finish together.
Single basket vs dual basket
A single-basket air fryer is simpler and cheaper, ideal if you mostly cook one thing at a time. A dual-basket model (Ninja Dual Zone, Tefal, Grundig Twin) lets you cook two different foods at different temperatures and sync them to finish together — a genuine time-saver for full meals.
How much does an air fryer cost to run?
Because an air fryer heats only a small basket and skips the long oven preheat, it's usually cheaper to run for everyday meals. Work out your own saving with our free air fryer vs oven running cost calculator.
Which brand should I choose?
Philips pioneered Rapid Air and offers the widest range from budget to premium 7000 Series combi models. Ninja leads on dual-zone capacity and value. Tefal and Grundig add grill and steam functions. For a full side-by-side, read our best air fryers UK 2026 guide.
