UK delivery

Your order will include either a native UK plug or, where required, an appropriately rated UK conversion plug/adaptor suitable for the supplied product.

EU and European delivery

Your order will include either a destination-compatible plug or, where required, an appropriately rated plug adaptor suitable for the delivery country.

Outside the UK and Europe, including the USA, Canada and Japan

Check voltage and frequency compatibility before ordering. A plug adaptor changes the plug shape only; it does not convert voltage or frequency. Do not connect a product to an incompatible supply.
