The Bialetti Moka Express is an Italian aluminium stovetop coffee maker with over 100 years of tradition. Cup sizes are based on the traditional 2oz (60ml) taza; for a standard mug, a 3 or 4 cup Moka Express is suggested, while the 6 cup is a best-seller for two mugs. Suitable for gas and electric hobs, induction stovetops require a compatible Bialetti maker or adapter plate. Only ground coffee and water are needed; freshly ground whole beans (slightly coarser than espresso, finer than cafetiere) are best. Bialetti also offers pre-ground Moka Coffee.
