How does the self-clean programme work?

Select Self-Clean and the machine runs a hot water flush through the internal brewing path — no disassembly needed. Recommended after every few uses to maintain flavour quality.

Does the HBC7210 make a proper cappuccino?

Yes. The Cappuccino preset brews the espresso shot and prompts you to steam milk with the wand. The steam wand produces dense microfoam suitable for lattes and flat whites too.

What's the difference between the HBC7210 and the HBC5210?

The BaristaPro Touch HBC5210 has 5 presets. The HBC7210 adds Cappuccino, Latte and Self-Clean — worth the upgrade if you make milk drinks daily.

Does it use pods or ground coffee?

Ground coffee only — fill the portafilter with your favourite espresso grind. No pods, full flexibility on roast and origin.
